Commentary
Akamon-Shichibutsu-Yakushi Bhaisajyaguru is said to have been re-enshrined by imparting the diety of Bhaisajyaguru in Shichibutsu Yakushido Hall where Kobo Daishi sculptured seven stone statues of Bhaisajyaguru and enshrined them at the bank of Yoshihara Oike Pond. Huge harvest, relief from illness and good supply of breast milk can be given through divine grace. Local people also call it Chichi-Yakushi (breast milk Bhaisajyaguru), and it attracts many visitors.
