Commentary
This is a statue of Ksitigarbha who travels around the six realms to help people. A wish will be granted by pouring water and wash its feet to purify. Each person can have only one wish which that person desires from his/her heart to be granted; therefore, it is also called the statue of Ksitigarbha who grants one wish.
