Commentary
It was completed by officers of the 11th Infantry Brigade in 1903. It was originally used as a social meeting place for an academic research organization. The building is a one-story wooden structure with Renaissance-style exterior and has a carriage porch with Doric square pillars and a triangle pediment at the front entrance at the center. It is a valuable building to understand Western-style structures in the area and is designated as an important cultural property. The building is maintained as a social meeting place for citizens to be able to use for a variety of purposes, and it is actually used as a venue for wedding ceremonies and exhibitions.
