Commentary

This is Kezo-in. It is originally one of the 49 sub-temples in Zentsu-ji. After many years of falling into decay, it was apparently rebuilt in 1830. The Honzon (principal object of worship at a temple) is a standing statute of Vaisravana (guardian god of Buddhism).
